Data Science Research Senior Analyst

This role is in Accenture Research Global Data Science Team. We are looking for a data scientist with deep business knowledge and a research mindset and a passion for data-driven insight discovery. Key Responsibilities include: Design and deliver high impact agentic GenAI and Machine Learning research projects to our client teams. Drive innovation collaborating closely with industry leads, innovation experts, and business stakeholders Develop groundbreaking and differentiated GenAI and Machine Learning assets. Support the adoption of data science research tools and outputs within Accenture What we offer: We have access to 100+ business data sources through our research data lake. Experience and skills: o Expertise in developing and building GenAI agentic architecture. Knowledge of Gemini ADK is a plus. o Experience in adopting GenAI model APIs both for app development and as data analytics tool. o Knowledge of GCP, VertexAI and Agent Garden. o Knowledgeable Data Science SME (GenAI, Machine Learning, Python, Google Cloud, SQL, NLP, text analytics, data-wrangling, etc…) o Understanding of business dynamics and how to incorporate them into data science models o Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to make sense out of data o Strategic problem solver with the ability to take an issue and turn it into a researchable question o Strong professional qualities: client focus, decisiveness, integrity, resilience to stress against stretch goals and deadlines o Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills o Solid experience in the presentation of research deliverables to high level executives o Enthusiasm to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural team Additional Information Reports to: Research Principal Director in Data Science research Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or similar. Masters’ preferred. Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant relevant experience related to data science/NLP, GenAI and business insights. Location: Hyderabad, India Preferred start date: At the earliest.
