We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist, Product Master Data to join the team in UPM Business Hub Poland in Wrocław.

What you will do

• Provide order support prior to order entry considering Standard Service & Product Offering 

• Maintain and update product & packaging material master data  

• Handle of PMH requests 

• Coordinate branding and logo codes requests 

• Support product streamlining and master data cleaning activities 

• Offer solutions in case of deviations 

• Participate in projects supporting future supply activities 

• Develop excellent working relationships, networking and communication with supply teams, Sourcing, Product management, Business Support and mills

Who you are

• You have a university degree or equivalent professional qualification 

• You have working experience in supply chain, production planning or paper production (considered an asset) 

• You are fluent in English, other languages are an asset (especially German)

• You are flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing situations while taking initiative

• You have very good knowledge of SAP, GMES

• You have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate both verbally and in writing 

• You are a team player with goal & growth-oriented mindset

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Supply Chain.
