Meet the Team
Our global Market Access teams are responsible for understanding and satisfying market access, policy, funding, and advocacy requirements in each country. They research and analyse key markets in terms of reimbursement and funding, existing and emerging payer policies, competitive landscape, relevant trends in the healthcare sector, pricing, tendering, contracting strategies, and any potential barriers to providers and patient access.
Where You Come In
As Manager of Market Access, Policy and Advocacy for Australia and New Zealand, you will be an integral part of the APAC market access team and participate in APAC-wide strategy development and execution. You will have a particular responsibility to support Australia and New Zealand with reimbursement expansion and value-based access programs.
Reporting to the Director of APAC Access, Policy and Advocacy, you will work closely with and have responsibilities to the General Manager of Australia and New Zealand. You will work collaboratively with and have the support of the Health Economics and Outcomes Research, and Integrated Evidence Planning teams to support the delivery of Market Access, Policy and Advocacy objectives.

What Makes You Successful
You support the development and execution of market access, reimbursement, and policy strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
You contribute to HTA submissions, value-based funding initiatives, and reimbursement expansion efforts.
You build and maintain effective relationships with payers, government stakeholders, and industry organizations.
You leverage health economic and real-world evidence (RWE) to support access and product positioning strategies.
You collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to create a favorable policy and funding environment for Dexcom technologies.
You drive programs and activities that enhance patient access to continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) solutions.
Experience and Education
You have a Bachelor's degree in Health Economics, Health Policy, Public Health, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
You bring at least 5 years of experience in Market Access, Health Policy, Reimbursement, Government Affairs, Healthcare Consulting, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 2 years of managerial or leadership experience, including leading projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
Travel Required
