About The Role

Vivid Money BV, based in the Netherlands, is the licensed investment and crypto asset services entity of the Vivid Group. We provide brokerage services and are building our own product and infrastructure to shape the future of investing. 

To support our growth, we’re looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to help drive smooth day-to-day operations and to continuously improve our processes. 
You’ll be at the center of our operational backbone, ensuring flawless execution for both traditional and crypto investments, while helping us scale for the future.

Your Mission

• Oversee the settlement lifecycle of our customers Crypto-Asset and Financial instruments orders, including:
  • Trade execution monitoring and reconciliation.
  • Client administration and order flow control.
  • Settlement management and daily alignment with brokers & custodians.
• Support and process corporate actions and relevant crypto related events.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues.
• Act as the first point of contact for Customer Care on operations-related questions.
• Ensure high levels of automation and process efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver management reports.
• Assist in setting up regulatory and tax reporting.
• Contribute to the development of new products and expansion of our business.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience in financial or operational roles (brokerage, custody, fintech, or crypto preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or higher).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to independently identify and implement process improvements.
• Experience in crypto/fintech/startups is a plus, but not required.
• SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Amsterdam.

Compensation range

Final compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria.
