Description

 A company providing solutions to bring medical devices to market is looking for a Global Information Systems Project Manager. 

The Global IS Project Manager is responsible for leading IS projects across the organization, with a primary focus on Priority ERP initiatives. The role involves planning, executing, and managing all activities throughout the project implementation lifecycle, as well as supporting ongoing operational and post‑implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Project Planning and Initiation:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.

• Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

2.      System Configuration and Setup:

• Work closely with functional teams and Priority consultants to configure the ERP modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.)

• Manage system integrations with existing applications and third-party systems.

• Ensure proper setup of system security, user roles, and access controls.

3.      Project Execution and Monitoring:

• Lead the project team, including internal resources and external consultants.

• Monitor project progress against defined milestones and KPIs.

• Identify and resolve issues, risks, and deviations from the project plan.

• Manage project budget, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.

4.      Testing and Go-Live:

• Coordinate and oversee system testing activities (e.g., unit, integration, user acceptance)

• Develop go-live checklists and ensure readiness for production deployment.

• Manage the go-live cutover process and provide on-site support.

5.      Systems Maintenance:

Ensure the smooth operation and functionality of existing information systems by performing regular maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and troubleshooting.

6.      User Support:

• Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with information systems, including troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and offering guidance on system usage.

Minimum qualification required:

-      Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.

-      3+ years of experience in Priority system application and development (Priority web, Ver 23.1 as minimum).

-      Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.

Experience with SQL or BI tools - Advantage.
