- Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. - On call until 6pm.
- Saturday | Phone support and scheduled showings as needed.
- Occasional after-hours support for urgent calls, showings, or closings.
- Frequent travel across terminals and on-site property inspections, and expos.
- Exposure to weather, dust, and industrial environments.
- Oversee day-to-day leasing operations and tenant communications.
- Collaborate with terminal managers, bookkeepers, and ownership on leasing activities.
- Show properties, handle inquiries, and close lease agreements with qualified tenants.
- Manage move-ins, move-outs, lease documents, and inspections.
- Provide outstanding customer service while resolving tenant concerns and maintenance issues.
- Market available properties via social media, listing sites, and networking.
- Assist with project analysis, new developments, and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain organized records and digital/paper file systems.
- Ensure full compliance with housing laws and leasing regulations.
- Help align leasing efforts with company values, strategy, and growth objectives.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) a must.
- 3+ years of experience in property management, facilities management, or sales.
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Tech-savvy — experience with QuickBooks, data entry, and digital tools.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Understanding of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing compliance.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Comfortable performing site visits, inspections, and physical tasks in an industrial environment.
- Able to manage pressure and adapt to evolving priorities.
