Description
Marietta Dentist · Marietta, GA · Full-time · On-site
- Daily production, collections, and schedule utilization. You’ll know the numbers before anyone asks.
- Team leadership: hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and accountability for front office and clinical support staff.
- Systems and SOPs: documenting how work gets done, fixing what breaks, and making results repeatable.
- Patient experience from first call to final payment, including case acceptance follow-up, financing, and unscheduled treatment.
- Vendors, supplies, and facilities, including the move into the new location.
- The practice’s growth engine: Google Business Profile, reviews, local SEO, paid search and social, and referral programs.
- Social media, hands-on: shoot and post content from inside the practice that builds a brand patients want to be treated by and clinicians want to work for.
- Cost per new patient, lead-to-appointment conversion, and new patient volume by source. You shift spend toward what works.
- Agencies and freelancers where they make sense, but you’re accountable for results.
- Competitive base salary plus a performance bonus tied to new patient volume and collections.
- Direct access to the owner. No corporate layer, no regional manager, no waiting three weeks for a decision.
- Real budget and real authority. You’re hired to execute, not to recommend.
- A seat at the table as we open additional locations. The person who runs this office well is the person who runs the group’s operations next.
- A fee-for-service practice with a great reputation, 5-star Google reviews, and a brand-new facility to market.
- 3+ years running operations in a dental, medical, or multi-unit service business, or a track record that proves you can.
- Fluent in practice metrics: production, collections, hygiene reappointment, case acceptance, AR.
- Hands-on digital marketing experience with numbers to show for it: ad campaigns you’ve run, reviews you’ve grown, a social following you’ve built for a business.
- Comfortable on camera and comfortable putting a camera on other people.
- Direct, organized, and allergic to “that’s not my job”.
- Dental experience and Open Dental familiarity are a plus, but we’ll take a proven operator from another industry over an average one from dental.
- Someone who wants to manage from a desk and let an agency handle marketing.
- Someone who needs a detailed playbook before they can act. We’ll give you the goals and the resources. You build the playbook.
