Business Development Associate - Mortgage
Location: On-Site - Chandler, AZ

Job Purpose:
The Business Development Associate would support a high producing branch in Chandler, AZ. This role combines sales support and relationship building, with more than half of the time spent in real estate offices engaging with realtors, coordinating events, and managing Loan Officer sponsorships. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and comfortable building relationships while helping identify opportunities to grow referral partnerships and generate new business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, real estate offices, referral partners, and other business contacts.
- Plan, coordinate, and support events and other networking opportunities.
- Assist with event logistics, scheduling, invitations, communications, materials, and follow-up.
- Maintain organized records and databases related to clients, business partners, events, and outreach efforts.
- Provide professional and courteous communication to clients, partners, and internal departments.
- Assist the Loan Officer with daily workflow, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.
- Assist with social media management and content coordination.
Qualifications:
- Previous mortgage experience preferred
- Real estate knowledge preferred
- Licensed preferred
- Maintain education with regulatory and industry standards and requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Strong customer service/ presentation skills
- Highly Self-Motivated and proactive
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to problem solve and define the root issues
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products
