  • Own regional fleet performance, budget, service delivery, and employee experience across North America, EMEA, and ASPAC.
  • Manage regional fleet budgets, oversee financial controls and approvals, and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
  • Oversee core fleet processes, controls, and service standards across vehicle lifecycle activities, driver support, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Use operational and financial insights to improve service, policy, supplier performance, and processes across local markets.
  • Serve as the senior regional escalation point, resolve high-impact issues, and provide leadership with clear performance updates, risks, and recommendations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Fleet Regional Operations Managers; set priorities, clarify accountability, and build team capability.
  • Manage strategic relationships with leasing companies, fleet management companies, vehicle manufacturers, and other suppliers; govern performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs.
  • Own regional safety and compliance performance, monitor key risk indicators, and ensure timely corrective action with business and functional leaders.

  • Demonstrated success leading regional or global fleet operations, managing budgets, and governing supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Proven ability to develop managers, influence senior stakeholders, and drive accountability and change in a global matrixed organization.
  • Strong financial, analytical, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with knowledge of fleet operations, safety, compliance, and regional regulations.
