Business Development Manager

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate new sales and business growth opportunities with Channel Partners. Manage projects, integrate new business ideas, and execute marketing activities to foster portfolio growth. Lead commercial actions and maintain direct relationships with new business unit clients. Oversee all strategic aspects and develop tactical marketing activities for the assigned portfolio to increase sales and build brand affinity.

Main Responsibilities:

• Understands brand, market, and growth opportunities to implement targeted action plans.
• Researches industry trends and pricing dynamics in the consumer-product goods space.
• Presents strategic business plans and status reports for the portfolio.
• Monitors sales and conducts financial analysis to identify and close business gaps.
• Manages, mentors, and develops a team of buyers and sales representatives.
• Drives sales, gross margins, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Supports pricing strategies to maximize margins and market share.
• Assists in developing product promotions.
• Maintains reasonable inventory levels.
• Performs additional functions as assigned.

Requirements for the role:

• Marketing Management or Business Degree.
• 3 years of experience in commercial monitoring and technology product sales positions.
• People skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication at all levels of the organization.
• Oriented to achieve commercial objectives, with exceptional negotiating and relationship-building skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering results while managing multiple projects.
• Strong sales and administrative skills.

Your team:

You will be part of a Commercial Team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, working closely with the Sales team and Product Managers.
