Payroll Manager

Tline Technology is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager who is able to oversee all payroll operations and ensure timely and accurate processing. This managerial position includes important duties such as developing payroll policies, preparing payroll budgets, and making necessary adjustments when required. As a highly responsible and detail-oriented individual, the Payroll Manager will manage our payroll team, support and train them on payroll systems, while also administering all employee benefit programs.Responsibilities:Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions such as salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.Manage and oversee the work of the payroll team, including hiring and training new staff, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring the team is fully informed about changes to payroll-related laws, policies, and procedures.Ensure compliance with current government regulations.Prepare and deliver relevant payroll reports to management teams, and conduct audits of payroll records to ensure accurate information is filed.Administer company benefit programs such as health, dental, vision, retirement, and other plans.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.Proficient in MS Office and payroll software programs.Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to work well with numbers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.Benefits:Competitive salary package and annual discretionary bonus.Comprehensive benefit programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunity for continued career growth and development through internal promotions and training programs.Convenient work location with state-of-the-art facilities.Friendly and inclusive working environment fostering collaboration and positive workplace culture.Join the Tline Technology team, where we are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
