As a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, driving and overseeing the successful execution of collaborative projects. Responsibilities: • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for brand partnerships and development, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects that align with client objectives and agency goals. • Client Engagement: Act as a point of contact for clients, nurturing partnerships, managing expectations, and providing consistent updates on project status. • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute strategies aligning with client objectives and oversee project execution. • Account Development: Use knowledge of client needs to proactively and reactively feedback new opportunities for additional services or campaigns to maximise revenue. • Strategic Planning: Assist the leadership team with planning to translate client insights into partnership strategies that achieve results. • Tactical Support: Collaborate with Project Directors to identify suitable partners for projects • Campaign Execution: Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. • Communication: Maintain clear communication between clients, partners and teams, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns. • Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and develop solutions to ensure successful outcomes. • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, offering insights to optimise future campaigns. • Profitability Tracking: Working with Senior Management and Finance team to report on account growth and retention forecasts; track resource on existing accounts against the scope of work.
