The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Prepare and present project reports to senior management.RequirementsProven experience in project management within the construction industry.Strong understanding of capital programmes and financial management.Excellent organisational and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Nice to haveRelevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Experience with project management software and tools.Knowledge of current construction trends and technologies.
