Therefore, we are seeking a candidate with a good level of enthusiasm and tenacity to join our dynamic team  The roleThis is a unique role working in a small team where your ideas and suggestions for both front and backend development is not only encouraged but expected. This is a role where you can develop your own skills and grow as a developer, focusing on continual development and improvement of company C# .NET applications.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:You will help drive the direction of the development process, introducing new ideas, technologies as well as finding and creating innovative solutions to problemsDeveloping new areas of the system to meet the demands of the business and its customers.Contributing to design discussions and work planning.Keeping up to date with current technology and development trends.Review and improve the team’s development and testing practises.Develop and Improve C# .NET ApplicationsWorking on Full Stack C# DevelopmentsIdentifying and resolving bugs. Key Skills required for this role;The ideal candidate will be an experienced C# .NET developer with good commercial experienceExperienced C# .NET DeveloperFull Stack C# knowledgeUniversity Degree or relevant equivalent qualification in Development or related experience.A pride in producing a product that is well built and most importantly meets the needs of the customer.Strong collaborator, open to sharing ideas while assisting to improve their skills.Strong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate at all levels within the organization.Highly analytical with superior problem-solving capabilities. Benefits:Contributory Pension SchemeCompetitive salaryOn-site Parking23 days holiday plus bank holidays off Job Types: Full-time, Permanent9AM-5PM working hours (including paid lunch hour)Monday – Friday
