Summary

• Manage Inland Transportation for Rayong Logistics value stream to ensure that transportation and distribution operations are under cost-effective and on-time delivery performance.
• Manage and Lead External Warehouse Service Provider for Rayong Logistics value stream.
• Ensure the smooth physical flow of materials through the supply chain of Cardinal Rayong.

Job Description

Warehouse Operations

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory control, staff supervision, safety, and productivity
• Ensure that Logistics Service Provider (LSP) is working under CAH requirements
• Manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping) at the CAH External warehouse
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits
• Ensure that Inventory management is aligned with CAH requirements and procedure
• Ensure that LSP implements and maintains warehouse management systems (WMS) to control the inventory as CAH requirement
• Monitor warehouse layout and optimize space utilization
• Ensure proper handling, storage conditions, safety and GMP compliance
• Monitor Warehouse Performance in a weekly, monthly and yearly cycle
• Support warehouse layout optimization and space utilization
• Lead and train warehouse staff and team leader
• Ensure compliance with Scope of Work for LSP, Safety regulations (ESH), Quality agreement, Customs/security requirements CTPAT
• Coordinate with procurement, Internal Warehouse, Export planners, Sterilization planners, Import Planners, Quality team, Operation, logistics team and other functions as required
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions cover quality of logistics flow
• Support WMS (Warehouse Management System) activities and reporting
• Ensue that LPS prepare operational reports and manpower planning
• Ensure that LSP can manage equipment maintenance and housekeeping standards as required
• Monthly review on actual cost versus budget to identify improvements plans and cost saving projects. Ensure that cost per unit is under budget
• Ensure that Damage rate is under target and no customer complaints
• Ensure that Lost time accident rates are below target
• Ensure that all SOP and audit compliance are on track

Transportation & Distribution

Transportation and distribution operations to ensure cost-effective and on-time delivery performance

• Supervise daily transportation and dispatch operations to transporters and external warehouse LSP via movement plan
• Ensure that all transporters meet plans without extra cost
• Planning for delivery schedules and route planning
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments for Transportation
• Monitor transportation KPI:

• On-time delivery
• Vehicle utilization
• Delivery accuracy
• Claims/damage rate

• Ensure all transporters comply with transportation laws and safety regulations
• Able to handle transportation issues, delays, accidents, or customer complaints
• Analyze transportation costs and identify savings opportunities
• Support import/export shipment coordination when applicable
• Prepare transportation reports and performance analysis
• Lead transportations to meet CAH requirements and KPI
• Improve transportation efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
• Monthly review of cost versus budget and identify improvement opportunities and cost saving projects. Ensure that cost per unit is under budget

General

• Complete other assignments as directed by the Manager
• Manage all projects of Physical of Rayong under logistics strategy

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• At least five years’ warehouse and transportation experience at Supervisor level
• Strong Leadership and people management skills
• Good Knowledge of WMS, ERP, Excel
• Understanding of warehouse KPI, Transportation and continuous improvement
• Forklift and safety knowledge preferred
• Strong in data analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong in proactive, open attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Able to lead and manage Physical and Materials flow project very well
• Native Thai and professional English (verbal and written) skill is required for the role
