Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by greeting patients, visitors, and staff, managing front desk activity, and carrying out site-specific security-related procedures for a healthcare location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by verifying identification, checking in guests, issuing visitor credentials, and documenting arrivals and departures according to location policies.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate staff and/or emergency services when needed.
• Support a professional lobby environment by observing front entrance activity, reporting unusual behavior and/or concerns, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Complete required reports, logs, and front desk records related to incidents, visitor management, and daily security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.
• Possess customer service experience, which is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
