Business Development Manager – Complex Care
Location: Midlands/North West England (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE + Quarterly Bonus + £4,000 Car Allowance
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 Days per Week in Local Office)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established and growing Complex Care provider with a strong national presence.
The organisation specialises in delivering high-quality, person-centred complex care services within community settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of clinical and long-term healthcare needs. With continued investment and growth across multiple regions, they are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to expand existing partnerships and secure new complex care packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new Complex Care opportunities across your region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ICBs, Case Managers, Commissioners, Local Authorities, and Healthcare Professionals
- Generate new package referrals and develop strategic partnerships
- Manage the full business development lifecycle from lead generation through to service mobilisation
- Work closely with Clinical and Operations teams to ensure successful package implementation
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies
- Attend networking events, stakeholder meetings, and industry forums
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting reports
- Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for service growth
- Support the achievement of regional revenue and growth targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role within Complex Care, Community Care, or Healthcare Services
- Strong understanding of the Complex Care market
- Existing relationships with ICBs, Case Managers, Commissioners, or Local Authorities desirable
- Demonstrable track record of securing and growing care packages
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on results
- Ability to work collaboratively with operational and clinical teams
- Full UK driving licence
