Description
As a Clinical Liaison (m/f/d) in the field, you are the primary point of contact for orthodontists in your region Hannover. You are responsible for clinical training, communication, and support for both external and internal customers.
Your mission is to provide customers with the highest level of clinical education and support them in becoming experts in Invisalign treatment, thereby strengthening their clinical confidence. You will travel regularly within your assigned territory and visit doctors in their practices to further develop their expertise in the Invisalign system.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training and provide consultation to orthodontists and dentists on the Invisalign system and Align’s digital solutions (e.g., ClinCheck software)
- Conduct field visits (approx. 70% travel) across Southern Germany to share clinical expertise
- Plan and execute trainings and study clubs to promote digital workflows and modern treatment methods
- Provide clinical support and analyze customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to drive the clinical adoption of the products
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Degree in Dentistry or Orthodontics, or a comparable highly qualified background in the dental field
- Fluent German (spoken and written) and very good English skills
- Willingness to travel up to 70% within Germany
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a medical or dental environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident and persuasive presence
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, efficient time management, and proactive information sharing
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience working with digital tools
