Nestled in the beautiful Surrey countryside, this role is perfect for a hospitality professional with a meticulous eye for detail, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to create unforgettable guest experiences from arrival to departure.
You’ll need to have experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment, with an in-depth understanding of LQA and Forbes standards, and your own mode of transport due to the hotel’s location.

Responsibilities as the House Manager…
- Overseeing all aspects of the Front of House operation, ensuring seamless service at every touchpoint
- Managing the full guest journey, from pre-arrival arrangements to post-departure follow-up
- Driving guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and personalised touches
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver the highest standards in line with LQA and Forbes expectations
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and the delivery of luxury amenities
