COMPANY OVERVIEW

We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

Job Overview

The GIC Supply Chain team manages planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and analytics to meet market needs, optimize operations, and enable the efficient movement of goods from production to delivery.

Purpose of the Role

The Senior Analyst, Product Project Management ensures the availability and effective management of ingredients and packaging materials for US-based product and business initiatives. Responsibilities include planning-system setup, risk and waste assessment, mitigation, and project execution.

  • Ensure master-data accuracy and governance compliance while resolving workflow and system issues with technical and master-data teams.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, migrations, and commercialization initiatives; serve as SME for SAP, Evolve, PLM, and ServiceNow.

Raw Material Lifecycle & Write-Off Management

  • Drive lifecycle strategy, RMWO forecasting, reconciliation, and risk mitigation to minimize write-offs and inventory exposure.
  • Lead packaging/vendor transitions, material changeovers, and DISCO tie-out and drawdown plans to reduce obsolescence.
  • Partner with Sourcing, Business Operations, and plants on quantities, disposition orders, inventory levels, safety stocks, and operational continuity.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison among Commercialization, Sourcing, Business Operations, plants, and Technical teams.
  • Provide risk visibility and mitigation recommendations, track milestones, and highlight impacts to launch timelines and financial exposure.
  • Communicate metrics and lifecycle health while managing material setup, packaging-transition, and lifecycle-risk escalations.

Reporting, Controls & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain dashboards for commercialization cycle times, data accuracy, RMWO performance, and project metrics.
  • Improve lifecycle and data-governance processes through automation, standardization, and CI tools such as Why-Why, FMEA, Fishbone, and BPIM.
  • Develop SOPs and governance standards while identifying cost-saving opportunities across the inbound and raw-material network.

Business Impact & Financial Stewardship

  • Manage raw-material budgets and support financial forecasting by reconciling projections with actuals.
  • Reduce write-offs through proactive lifecycle planning and risk mitigation.

Education – Full-time graduation from an accredited university (mandatory; this criterion cannot be altered).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
