Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join our team on a part-time weekend basis.

The ideal candidate will help coordinate admissions, assist with paperwork, communicate with residents and families, and support the admissions team in ensuring a smooth and welcoming admission process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident admissions and intake procedures.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain admission paperwork and records.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, referral sources, and facility staff.
• Verify admission documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide administrative support to the admissions team.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in admissions, healthcare administration, or a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with computers and basic office applications.
