Cardiology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Lady Lake, Florida
Village Heart & Vein
Village Heart & Vein is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing cardiology team in Lady Lake, Florida. Village Heart & Vein is a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA).
This fully outpatient role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists and established Advanced Practice Providers while caring for patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions. The position offers a Monday–Friday clinic schedule with no call, weekends, or major holidays, along with autonomy and support from a collaborative, physician-led team.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, and atrial fibrillation
- Provide routine follow-up visits and ongoing management of chronic cardiovascular conditions
- Review and interpret EKGs, cardiac testing, imaging, and laboratory results
- Manage cardiovascular medications and monitor patients’ responses to treatment
- Collaborate with cardiologists to develop individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate testing, referrals, and follow-up care
- Educate patients about their conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes to support heart health

Qualifications
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Florida license or ability to obtain one before starting
- Prior cardiology APP experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and dedication to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
