Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Digital Planning Transformation program is a global initiative to modernize how the organization plans, reports, and makes decisions, moving all Operating Units onto a single standardized platform, Cockpit, used today by 7,000+ users with 175,000+ monthly views.
We are past the "build dashboards" phase. The next phase is making reporting self-maintaining: dashboards that are automatically validated, documentation that writes itself, insights that surface without someone manually assembling them. Generative AI is now part of how this team works, not a side project.
As a Cockpit Analyst, you will translate business reporting needs into Tableau solutions, and you will use AI tooling to do it faster, check it more rigorously, and automate the parts of the job that shouldn't be manual. This is a role for someone early in their career who is genuinely fluent with AI tools and wants to build reporting products, not just reports.
Your Impact
As FP&A Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:
- Partner with Operating Units and Functions to gather and clarify reporting requirements
- Design and build financial performance dashboards in Tableau with drill-down capability, following the team's standardized frameworks
- Continuously improve existing dashboards for usability, performance, and consistency
- Analyze how end-users (from analysts to senior leaders) actually consume data, and adapt designs accordingly
- Ensure data security, compliance, and alignment with corporate and Sector FP&A standards
- Use generative AI tools in daily delivery: drafting documentation, generating and debugging calculations and SQL, accelerating requirement analysis
- Design and refine prompts for repeatable team processes (validation, documentation, quality checks), and iterate on them based on measured output quality
- Critically review AI output, identify hallucinated logic, inconsistent results, and silent errors before they reach a business user. Knowing when not to trust the model matters more than knowing how to prompt it
- Identify manual, repetitive work in the reporting lifecycle and propose automation, working with the team to implement it
- Contribute to the team's AI validation and quality frameworks as they scale
- Work closely with S&T teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into Cockpit designs
- Support training and enablement of Cockpit users
- Deliver tactical, high-priority projects within the Digital Finance Cockpit team
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
- 0–2 years of professional experience in finance, analytics, reporting, data, or a related field - including internships and academic projects

- Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine appetite to learn; this team's tooling changes every few months
