QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school education or equivalent
2. Ability to read procedure manuals and understand written assembly documents
3. Ability to effectively communicate with other team members
4. Bright, aggressive, and a self-starter
5. Hand dexterity and hand/eye coordination
6. Knowledge of related tools and equipment and their usage to ensure acceptable forming and lead lengths
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Job Functions
1. Assemble, inspect, and prepare electrical panels/circuit boards per related documentation and drawings
2. Trim and form leaded parts
3. Visually inspect and solder touch-up of solder defects
4. Hand solder and hand-clean circuit boards as needed
5. Repair hardware and/or components on circuit boards due to wave solder machine and/or washing process
6. Keep workstation clean at all times
7. Properly fill out production documentation Package final product.
Non-Essential Job Functions:
1. Move electrical panels/circuit boards, compounds, and materials within cell area.
2. Overall area clean up.
3. Push, pull, lift and carry assembly parts up to 40 lbs
4. Other duties as assigned by the Cell Team Leader
