Do you love working with kids and making people feel welcome? Our busy pediatric office is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the smiling face that greets our patients and families.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
- Collect and verify patient information, including demographic and insurance details.
- Process co-pays and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Requirements
If you have the following:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is preferred but will train.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office systems and technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
