Looking for a professional, polite, outgoing, team player to join our front desk team. The person should be an advocate for good patient care and support the mission of office efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
You will need to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to greet all patients and visitors to the office, answer the telephone, schedule appointments, verify and update demographics and insurances, post payments and collect balances. You will be asked to help with patient-related tasks such as faxing and receiving records, scanning and attaching forms to the EHR.
Prior knowledge of electronic medical records is a plus.
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Medical office experience recommended.
Schedule: Full-Time/Saturdays
