Key Responsibilities
Solution Support & Maintenance

- Troubleshoot failed workflows, data issues, permissions issues, and user-reported problems; document findings and escalate complex or high-risk issues appropriately.
- Follow established standards for security, privacy, naming, development, testing, deployment, change control, documentation, and application lifecycle management.
- Track assigned work, risks, issues, dependencies, and outcomes; provide timely status updates and raise blockers before they affect delivery.
Process Improvement & Solution Delivery
- Build and enhance simple-to-moderate automations and SharePoint-based solutions from approved requirements and within established design standards.
- Assist with process discovery, current-state mapping, requirements gathering, and translation of business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Assist with data cleanup, field mapping, list design, permissions configuration, and basic reporting needed to support business solutions.
- Support measurement of solution usage and business outcomes, including transaction volume, time returned, cycle-time improvement, error reduction, and user adoption.
Testing, Documentation & Enablement
- Prepare test plans, test data, and expected results; support user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect tracking, and deployment validation.
- Create and maintain solution documentation, process maps, support guides, release notes, application inventories, and knowledge articles.
- Support users through clear communication, training materials, demonstrations, and issue follow-up while encouraging adoption of approved processes and tools.
- Communicate clearly with business users and technical team members, ask effective questions, and escalate risks appropriately.
Growth & Development
- Participate in solution reviews and progressively develop skills in Power Apps, Dataverse, REST APIs, HTTP actions, JSON, data mapping, integrations, and related technologies.
- Apply feedback, expand independent solution capability, and perform other related Automation & Business Solutions duties as assigned.

- Basic understanding of process logic, data fields, permissions, testing, and the relationship between business rules and system behavior.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, persistence, and comfort troubleshooting unfamiliar problems methodically.
- Ability to document work clearly and communicate with both business users and technical team members.
- Ability to manage assigned priorities, meet commitments, ask effective questions, and escalate risks appropriately.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in business, information systems, technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience and demonstrated capability will be considered.
