Description
Our client is a destination resort known for its award-winning wine selections and locally sourced cuisine. The organization is seeking a visionary chef who will lead their food & beverage operations and position them as leaders in luxury hospitality.
The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations and lead the menu development, pricing strategy, and vendor selection of the dining outlets. The ideal candidate will represent the resort at culinary events and industry functions, while fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement within the culinary team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least eight years of culinary experience, including a minimum of two years in a leadership role at a four- or five-star restaurant
- Strong expertise in international cuisine
- Food Safety & HACCP certification
- Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is preferred
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
