What You’ll Do
- Monitor outstanding levy payments, follow up on overdue accounts and maintain accurate debtor records.
- Assist with repayment plans, payment allocation issues and routine account enquiries from owners and property managers.
- Process supplier invoices, track approval status and follow up on outstanding invoices and supplier queries.
- Review supplier statements and assist with expense claims, reimbursements and routine financial transactions.
- Support bank, debtor and supplier reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and prepare financial reports as required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation while providing professional support to internal teams, owners and suppliers.
Key Criteria
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Possesses minimum one year of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates from Accounting, Finance, or equivalent studies are welcome to apply
- Relevant internship experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable or accounts receivable will be an advantage.
- Strong academic results, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Good command of written and spoken English, with confident communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Work setup
- Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City) : Australian hours (6am till 3pm - Malaysia local time) with a hybrid setup, once a week work onsite.
