Description
Join Control Risks and become part of a fast-paced Global Security Operations Center protecting the people and operations of a leading global technology company. We’re looking for driven GSOC Operators who thrive in dynamic environments and want hands-on experience with security technology, real-time incident management, and global security operations. You’ll play a critical role in identifying potential threats, coordinating responses, and helping keep employees and facilities safe.
What you’ll do:
- Operate and monitor CCTV, access control, alarm, and other security technologies to identify and escalate potential threats.
- Evaluate developing incidents in real time and coordinate timely responses with security partners and key stakeholders.
- Create accurate, detailed incident documentation to support operational awareness and continuous improvement.
- Help execute security protocols and procedures supporting a safe and secure workplace.
- Build your expertise through regular training on security technology, emerging threats, and incident response.
- Work alongside cross-functional partners to strengthen security operations and improve response capabilities.
