Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our ever-evolving Global Pricing team and help shape the future of global commerce.
As part of our Global Finance organization, you'll play a key role in developing pricing strategies and commercial proposals that support business growth across international markets. Working closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Relationship Management, and Technology teams, you'll help ensure our pricing solutions are competitive, profitable, and aligned with our global value proposition.
What you'll own
- Develop pricing proposals and commercial recommendations for prospective and existing clients across multiple global markets.
- Analyze business opportunities, financial performance, and profitability to support strategic pricing decisions and revenue growth.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Interchange, and Technology teams to support pricing initiatives and product commercialization.
- Build and maintain financial models, pricing analyses, and business cases to support contract negotiations and commercial decisions.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders, helping drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement of pricing strategies.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Pricing, Financial Analysis, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills, with experience working with complex datasets and profitability assessments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present recommendations to cross-functional teams and business leaders.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with PowerPoint and other business tools.
It's a bonus if you have
- Experience within the payments, fintech, banking, or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of pricing strategy methodologies, value-based pricing, margin analysis, NPV, IRR, or commercial modelling.
- Understanding of payment products, payment technology, or card processing ecosystems.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed, or highly collaborative business environment.
