Job Summary
The OJT Trainer is responsible for training, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of service employees while ensuring that corporate and service standards and policies are followed.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides initial on-the-job training to new employees.
- Will give direction on the proper use of equipment, work methods, and safety practices to new hires and existing employees.
- Audit and evaluate new hires for quality assurance and compliance, developing and delivering corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Training management team.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Relevant RAMP experience; qualifications of a Lead Hand is an asset.
- Pushback, lavatory, MDL, and LDL experience
- Leadership and people management skills are an asset.
- Obtain and maintain customers' and company’s required certifications (if required)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate (Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness
- Must complete a test mutually agreed upon by the parties and receive an eighty (80%) grade level.
- Flexibility to work various shifts to accommodate training demands.
