Tenstorrent is building the future of AI compute. Our Recruiting Team is growing alongside the company, and we are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator Admin Support Contractor to help make that growth scalable.
You'll support a range of recruiting operations work, which may include offers, contractor operations, Greenhouse setup, interview scheduling and process improvement. Priorities will shift as the team's needs evolve, and you'll bring structure and follow-through wherever you're needed.
This role is remote, based in the U.S. or Canada.
This position is for a 6-month contract.
Who You Are
- An organized, detail-oriented operator who enjoys turning recurring work into clear, reliable processes.
- A clear communicator who can influence partners across Recruiting, HR, Legal, and Finance and move work forward without formal authority.
- Comfortable handling confidential employee and candidate information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Able to manage a high volume of requests without losing track of details, deadlines, approvals, or follow-up.
- Able to see patterns in a lot of noise and focus on what matters most.
- Systems-minded and comfortable working in an ATS (Greenhouse preferred), spreadsheets, and AI tools, and quick to build simple trackers, templates, or workflows that make work easier.
- Experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, People Operations, or a similar administrative role.
Experience that’s a plus:
- Experience supporting offers, offer letters, or employment documentation.
- Experience with contractor, contingent workforce, or agency operations.
- Exposure to process improvement, SOP creation, or workflow automation, including using AI tools.
What We Need
- Support recruiting operations work across areas such as offers, contractor operations, requisition setup and job maintenance, Greenhouse administration and interview scheduling with priorities that may shift as team needs evolve.
- Spot recurring issues or themes across workflows and bring forward practical recommendations, not just problems.
- Keep records, handoffs, and follow-up accurate across Recruiting, HR Operations, Legal, Finance, and hiring teams.
- Contribute to documentation, tracking, and process improvements that make recurring work easier to scale.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
