We are looking for a motivated IT Support Technician I to join our IT team in Osijek and provide exceptional technical support to our internal customers.

Your Responsibilities

As an IT Support Technician I, you will be responsible for supporting end users and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure efficient business operations.

Key Duties Include:

• Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems.
• Support users both onsite and remotely via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Monitor and manage service desk queues while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and configuration records.
• Support Microsoft-based environments, including Active Directory user administration.
• Assist with software deployment, system imaging, and hardware rollouts.
• Maintain and support audio-visual equipment and meeting room technology.
• Troubleshoot and support barcode scanners, RF devices, and manufacturing-related IT equipment.
• Perform user account management and access administration.
• Coordinate procurement of IT hardware and software through established processes.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation of IT assets and repairs.
• Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Provide on-call support when required.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or help desk environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A+ Certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure and system architecture.
• Experience with Active Directory user administration is an advantage.
