Senior Creative Design Specialist

About the Role:

You will run design at AIO Marketing like you own it. That means the output (social, paid, web, decks, collateral and events) and the function itself: the system, the standards, the queue, the tooling, and how motion and 3D fit in. You have a sharp eye for detail and refuse to trade quality for speed or speed for quality; you find the way to get both.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and sits within AIO's ~24-person in-house marketing team in Islamabad, a creative and growth engine producing content for independent restaurants across the U.S. You will lead the design function, give direction on motion and 3D output, and work directly with social, product marketing, website, sales and our U.S. team. You will be the person everyone trusts to make it look right and ship it on time.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Own the design function end to end: brand system, quality bar, intake and prioritisation, turnaround SLAs, tooling and file structure.

• Design the highest-stakes work yourself: campaign creative, website pages, sales decks, launch assets and event collateral.

• Set and enforce the AIO brand system across designers, motion and 3D so nothing off-brand ships, and extend it as the company grows.

• Build templates, component libraries and AI-assisted workflows so routine requests ship same day and premium work gets the time it deserves.

• Review and direct motion and 3D output as the single point of accountability for how AIO looks.

• Run the design roadmap and check-ins with social, product marketing, website, sales and the U.S. team.

• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Figma AI, Claude and similar) daily to concept, iterate and produce.

• Grow the team's craft through feedback, standards and hiring input as we add designers.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?

• 5+ years in design, including at least 1–2 years leading design work or a small team, in-house or at an agency, digital-first.

• A portfolio of 6+ projects showing both range (campaign, web, collateral, decks) and finish, with a short note on your role in each.

• Expert in Figma and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and comfortable directing motion and 3D even if you don't produce them.

• Proven ownership: you have built or run a design system, queue or function and can show what changed under you.

• Obsessive attention to detail combined with a bias for shipping, and the ability to explain how you get both.

• Daily use of AI design tools, with a clear view on where they speed you up and where they don't.

• A genuine sense of ownership and drive: you treat your area like you run it, set a high bar for yourself, and don't need anyone to assign your week.

• You ship fast and right the first time, ask the right questions up front, and come with proposals rather than open questions.

• Comfortable coordinating directly with the U.S. team, product marketing, website, sales and design, across time zones, without waiting to be introduced.

Nice to have:

• B2B SaaS or restaurant / hospitality experience.

• Motion (After Effects) or web build (Webflow, HubSpot) skills.

• Experience with U.S. audiences and trade-show or print production.

• Experience mentoring or hiring designers.
