Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
