To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a:
**Working Student IT System Administrator (f/m/d)**
**in part-time, 20 hours**
## Tasks
As a Working Student in our IT department, you will support the IT team in daily operations and infrastructure-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- supporting the administration of cloud services, including Microsoft 365
- assisting with the maintenance of our on-premise server infrastructure
- supporting Active Directory and domain controller administration
- helping to monitor and maintain regular backup processes
- supporting the management of our 3CX VoIP telephone system
- setting up and preparing workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- providing first-level support to employees for hardware and software issues, such as Windows, printers, VPN, and Microsoft 365
- assisting with IT security tasks, updates, and system monitoring
- supporting the documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations
- helping with the implementation of new IT systems and improvement projects
## Requirements
- currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Systems Engineering, or a related field
- first practical experience or strong interest in IT administration, system support, or infrastructure topics
- basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and IT support processes
- basic understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, or backup systems would be an advantage
- basic scripting knowledge, for example, PowerShell, Bash, or Python, is a plus
- structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- willingness to learn and take responsibility step by step
- good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, German language skills are a plus
