Job Purpose
To manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities within the Central Region, focusing on delivering IT and data centre infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts in Riyadh
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Generate new leads and expand the customer base
- Coordinate with internal teams (presales, delivery, partners) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Track account performance and provide regular updates
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in IT sales or account management
- Experience selling IT infrastructure or data centre solutions
- Strong relationship management and account development skills
- Good understanding of Central Region market
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Arabic speaker preferred
