Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products that support business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system performance.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
- Strong in AWS Network and Security Architecture.
- Experience in designing Landing Zones.
- Knowledge in AWS Data and Integration services.
- Should be capable of leading design and architecture decisions.
- AWS DevOps – Good to have

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies within the AWS ecosystem.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud services and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline cloud operations and improve efficiency.
- Understanding of best practices for cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
