Payroll Senior Analyst

Key responsibilities:

Updating and maintaining the payroll system to ensure that all Accenture employees payroll data is complete and accurate. 

Validation of input and output source data. 

Ensuring timely, clear communication, escalation to required parties to ensure on time delivery. 

Liaise with all stakeholders for any discrepancy and/or any clarification needed.  Adhere to all Risk & Compliance procedures in line with Accenture. 

All your payroll reports are prepared in a timely manner after closure. 

Answering employee questions in relation to payroll related issues or concerns and investigate/resolve payroll discrepancies. 

Additional Characteristics required:

In-depth knowledge and understanding of all related payroll topics.

Degree in Accounting / Finance .

Handle sensitive data with integrity, confidentiality, and the utmost discretion.  Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Excel skills. 

Proactive, dynamic and versatile. 

Have good listening and communication skills. 

Attention to detail and be rigorous. 

Able to prioritize matters and meet deadlines in a timely manner. 

Ability to work independently and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment. 

A perfect command of French and English is mandatory.
