Whether you’re a licensed dental assistant ready to use your full skill set, or someone with a strong administrative background and an interest in the clinical side of dentistry, this role offers variety, growth, and the chance to make a big impact on patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office DutiesGreet patients warmly and manage front desk operations including phones, scheduling, emails, and insurance coordinationFacilitate a smooth daily flow for both the team and patientsSupport administrative tasks such as data entry, consent forms, and patient communicationClinical Support (Role Adjusted Based on Licensure)If licensed (MN Dental Assistant):Provide chairside assisting and expanded functions as permitted by licensureTake X-rays, impressions, and assist with restorative proceduresSupport sterilization, room prep, and patient educationIf not licensed:Assist with sterilizing instruments, room turnover, stocking supplies, and other supportive clinical tasksWork closely with the clinical team to maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready environmentWho We're Looking ForA positive, dependable team player with strong organizational and multitasking skillsComfortable in a fast-paced environment and around dental proceduresFriendly, professional, and eager to provide excellent service to patients and team membersIf licensed: Active Minnesota Dental Assistant licenseIf not licensed: Willing to be trained in clinical support and infection control protocolsWhy Join Us?We’re a collaborative and caring dental team that values respect, efficiency, and creating great experiences for our patients.
