Your Role: Own the Challenge

As Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Support (HSEQ), you will contribute to improving HSEQ performance in Austria. You will proactively support the Country Head of HSEQ by applying your organizational skills and expertise to provide solutions and recommendations for the implementation of group-wide HSEQ programs aimed at increasing awareness and enhancing performance.

• You will support the implementation and continuous development of HSEQ standards while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and normative requirements. You will also monitor relevant developments and keep the business units informed about new legal requirements and trends in the HSEQ field.
• You will coordinate and support HSEQ-related programs and processes, assist with internal and external audits, and follow up on the implementation of improvement measures and audit findings.
• You will prepare, review, and maintain HSEQ-related reports, presentations, procedures, work instructions, and other documentation, ensuring their formal accuracy, compliance with standards, and consistency.
• You will promote the continuous improvement of the HSEQ culture through training and competency initiatives, communicate best practices, support HSE performance reporting, and work closely with business units to implement HSEQ requirements.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• You have completed a degree or technical education in Electrical Engineering (HTL or University of Applied Sciences), ideally complemented by additional qualifications in Quality, Environmental, Energy, and Occupational Health & Safety Management.
• Ideally, you have already gained several years of professional experience in relevant specialist fields.
• In addition, you have excellent MS Office skills and a high level of IT proficiency.
• You have a team-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused approach to work, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You demonstrate an independent and proactive working style, with a hands-on mentality and the ability to manage tasks autonomously.
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.

To comply with legal requirements, we refer to the minimum annual salary stipulated by the Austrian Collective Agreement for the Electrical and Electronics Industry, which amounts to €50,000 gross per year based on a 38.5 hour working week. There is a clear willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
