What You'll Do
- Assist Service & Install Electricians on residential jobs
- Learn rewires, lighting installs, panel upgrades & troubleshooting
- Support safety & code compliance on every project
- Track materials and keep projects running smoothly
- Shadow experienced electricians during customer visits
- Get hands-on training plus ongoing skill-building programs
- Communicate professionally with team & customers
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrolled in (or completed) an electrical apprenticeship program (preferred)
- Genuine passion for becoming a licensed Electrician (EL01/EL02) in WA state
- Ready to roll up sleeves and learn the craft
