Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end monthly/quarterly sales incentive calculation process.
2. Facilitate clear and timely communication of incentive earnings and disputes.
3. Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Finance on incentive plan implementation.
4. Prepare regular reports on incentive payouts and performance.
5. Conduct analysis and audits of incentive data and processes.
6. Monitor and support the incentive management system/platform.
7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all schemes.
8. Support internal and external audits related to sales incentives.
