Information Records Management

The Contractors will be required to:

 Conduct detailed review of voluminous and complex requests under the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act.

 Provide recommendations and advice regarding the exemption or exclusion of sensitive information.

 Conduct and coordinate consultations with other federal departments, agencies, other levels of government and third parties.

 Prepare section 69 schedules for complex requests

 Prepare the files for final approval by ECCC delegated authorities

 Liaise with the offices of the Information and Privacy Commissioners of Canada in the resolution of complaints.

 Communicate directly with requesters to provide them with updates on their files and answer any questions that may arise during the processing of requests.

M1	The Bidder must demonstrate, through a curriculum vitae (CV) that the two proposed resources have acquired EACH a minimum of four (4) years experience within the past 10 years prior the solicitation closing date using ATIP software AccessPro Case Management or /AccessPro Redaction, other software are acceptable.
