FP&A Manager

Overview

Are you a finance professional with a strong commercial mindset and enjoy translating numbers into meaningful insights that drive business decisions? 

Foot Locker APAC is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or permanency. In this role, you will support financial planning, reporting, and deliver actionable business insights.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

• Support short-, mid-, and long-term financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting 

• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across the APAC region 

• Analyse business performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve outcomes 

• Partner with teams across operations, marketing, and real estate to manage spend and drive performance 

• Provide scenario modelling and financial insights to support decision-making 

• Contribute to month-end processes, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards 

• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to enhance business visibility 

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency 

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in Finance

• FP&A or a commercial analyst role within a sizable organisation preferred but not essential

• Retail or FMCG experience is highly regarded

• CPA/CA qualified (or working towards) is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI

• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
