Responsible for all communications with customers, both by phone as well as by e-mail/contact form.
Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming Online Sales phone calls
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Communicates with customers in a timely manner order related issues
- Makes customers aware of related products when assisting with orders
- Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
- Assists in maintaining all departmental tools and equipment
- Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Good communication skills, friendly, and approachable
- General knowledge of parts and machinery
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Basic data entry and keyboarding skills
- Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
