Technical Sales Advisor - Brimsdown - Pipe and Climate Centre

As a Technical Sales Advisor based in Brimsdown you’ll be responsible for:
Providing sales and expert advice from a technical view.
Processing customer orders whether that is over the phone or email.
Building strong relationship with customers and searching for new business by making proactive sales calls.
Working closely with external sales team.
This role is full time, permanent position, office based role, working Monday to Friday, rotating shift pattern 07:30am - 16:30pm with 1hrs break and then following week 08:00am - 17:00pm with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Technical knowledge on Pipe and Climate products or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Experience working with trade counter/front facing - essential
Proven experience in sales or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.
Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
