About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and business-oriented AI Architect / Low-Code Solutions Engineer to design and enable scalable digital ecosystems where Artificial Intelligence solutions can thrive across manufacturing operations. This role focuses on empowering departments to develop their own digital tools and workflows through low-code platforms, AI integration, automation, and citizen development initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Design and maintain scalable AI-enabled digital ecosystems for manufacturing operations.
- Develop governance, standards, and architectures for low-code and AI solutions.
- Enable business functions to create their own applications, dashboards, automations, and workflows.
- Support citizen developers through coaching, training, and technical guidance.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI, automation, and analytics into operational processes.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Drive rapid prototyping and deployment of low-code applications and AI-driven tools.
- Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data integrity within digital solutions.
- Promote digital transformation culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing processes, and shopfloor systems improvements.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, or similar.
- Understanding of AI technologies, automation, and digital transformation concepts.
- Experience integrating systems, databases, APIs, and manufacturing data sources. AI enabled adaptative and autonomous processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in AI/Machine learning applied into manufacturing: Predictive quality, predictive maintenance, production optimization, models for operative decision making.
- Experience with systems integration with SAP/ERP, MES connection, IoT, and/or manufacturing execution systems.

- Experience leading citizen development or digital enablement programs.
