Core Responsibilities
Design and build reports to support manufacturing operations.
Map and analyze business processes and then identify improvement areas that can be supported by Business Intelligence tools
Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
Transform collected data into actionable information for Manufacturing Operations
Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
Liaison between IT development teams and Moulding Operations
Drives & support BI and analytics projects locally (e.g. efficiency improvements in Moulding areas)

The Business Intelligence Manufacturing Team governs and improves all Business Intelligence & Analytics in Moulding areas – production, maintenance, Training, logistics -, thereby leveraging digitalization while sustaining operational momentum.
Do you have what it takes?
Have 2 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics role.
Degree in business, economics, information science or a related field is preferred for this position.

Presentation Skills
Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
